Refund policy

In order to produce high-quality, durable imprints, items sold in the Team Partial Send™ are sold as a pre-sale and made-to-order so make sure you purchase the correct size/color.

There are no returns or refunds (after store closes) for purchases made on the TPS Online Store.

If you want to cancel your order, you may do so for free anytime before the ordering deadline and we'll be happy to refund your order. Once the deadline passes, there are no refunds.

If you have an issue/defect with an item, please contact us directly at TeamPartialSend@gmail.com and we'll work with you to figure out a replacement solution.
